CNAP and NIDIS co-hosted a Southern California Winter Status Update. The meeting included an update on current conditions, and climate outlook as well as a presentation on the Thomas Fire and the Montecito post-fire debris flow. During the second half, we discussed regional drought monitoring in the region. The group included a diversity of stakeholders from water agency board members, state agencies, and legislative staff.
