CNAP help to develop a Nevada Climate Assessment as part of the Nevada Climate Initiative in December 2020. Although a more detailed online version has be taken down, CNAP worked with University Nevada, Reno Extension to develop a fact sheet that highlights the findings. As a follow up, with Nevada State Climatologist and University Nevada, Reno Extension we published guidance on use of climate data that uses examples from Nevada. While the information in the publication is relevant for any location, all the examples are specific for Nevada. The primary purpose is to encourage appropriate use of climate information in assessing vulnerabilities and planning throughout the Nevada.
